Food Drive! Today is the 3rd. We have until Wednesday the 15th to collect 100 Pieces of non-perishable foods. If we can do this we earn the AM on Wednesday the 22nd (last day of school for 2021) to game / chill / socialize / ice skate. How many do we have today?

Texture Paint Review (Quick)

10:00 Blender Texture Painting of Fish and Corals

This morning you are going to take your newly learned Texture Painting Skills and Texture paint:

Your fish
Coral #1
Coral #2
Coral #3

Each asset (a total of 4) will need its own texture map.

Setup a 1080p render at the end called “(lastName)ReefAssets.jpg” that shows off all 4 assets. Light attractively.

For your render you could setup in a “floating” render style.

For your render you could root on a plane.

You want your work to present well. You want people to want to work with you and your designs. Does this sound familiar?

You do not need to build a scene! This is just to show off the the assets.

I am going to allow you to take this realistic (and paint on realistic eyes that won’t animate) OR go cartoony (where we create external cartoon like eyes with spheres that can blink and show exaggerated emotion).

We don’t need you to do anything with your models & texture maps as of now OTHER THAN SAVE THEM. We will need them next week.
