The future is now people.
Please remember that all Semester 1 work needs to be turned in by Friday the 14th. When you return to class the next day we only think about Semester 2 / 3rd Quarter – we can’t change prior grades.
Students that have chosen to earn college credit in Web Dev next semester are going to sign up with Emmy on Tuesday morning in CAWD. You will need to have your social security number – if you don’t you will have to make a special appointment with Emmy before/after class. The only way you don’t need your social security number is if you have previously taken a CCV course – then Emmy thinks you are in the system.
To review – Tuesday AM we sign up for college have your social security number with you.

Some options for additional college courses this spring – anyone can take these:

I would like to talk to my EHS students about what their exam schedule looks like so I know what to type in for attendance. I will float around this morning and check in with you. Remember that CAWD is running as normal 9:40 – 2 each day, and EHS has decided that after your exams you are to come to CAWD. I realize some of your friends may be getting a half day / day off, but I have no control over it. I can understand your frustration. How would we mitigate it using powers that I DO control?

Finalize Pin Design – your first juried design competition where people vote on your work. Make it perfect!
Finalize DH18 – Reef Animation. This will be a minimum of 2 files, make sure the storyboards are complete and file names accurate if you want the A or the B.

If you have both of these created get to work on your Reef animation itself which is graded as a 3X project – your biggest grade of the year. Week 19 (next week) will be dedicated to Reef Animation production.

But make sure you give yourself time for your Pin – as it will be the first project that the entire school gets to see that reflects YOU and your work. Your work is your calling card. Make that Pin as Perfect as you can!
