Welcome to Monday and Week 34! This week will be crazy town, just going to roll with it.
We are going to do Critiques as normal today, and I will grade the “Tuesday” presentation people on my own due to the scheduling changes this week.
Asa us running a Substance Painter workshop to day from 1:20 to 1:55. If you are interested in Substance Painter it is free, and you have to sign up to get an account, but pretty easy. You have to be READY to work at 1:20, not starting the download process.

If you are not on the list above, at all, you only have school this week today, Wednesday, and Friday. Go hiking, play outside, sleep, enjoy the weather. Do not come to CAWD Tuesday / Thursday at all if you are not on the list above!

If you have a 1 on Tuesday and/or Thursday, you have school as normal. We are going to take the Work Keys Post Test.

Everyone come here first for attendance, but some may take the test in CAWD2 (such as the Finn) while others from CAWD2 may take the test in CAWD (such as the Owen). They want to try to mix the kids between classes so there is less chance that you are talking during the test.

When you have finished your test you go back to your normal seat and will have the rest of the day for production. I have heard through the grapevine that after you are done testing you are release for the day if you have a way to get home, more on that if I hear.

For students returning to CTE next year there is a benefit – if you get a 5 on these two tests this time, you do NOT NEED TO TAKE THE TEST AT ALL NEXT YEAR. So, you would get days off for the pre AND post test days next year. Try your best!

eMurray will be giving constructive criticism today. Pick out one thing that works, and one thing to improve upon in the future.

Find a YouTube tutorial on your own that teaches how to sketch a mouth.

Teeth or not, up to you – but you want to impress the class.

Follow direction and sketch the mouth. Remember we are working on learning independently. What are the good videos? What are low quality? You have to start building a critical eye. Look at vote count, look at comments, etc.

Create a folder called “dh” inside your “week_34” folder, and an index.html inside. This is where your final sketch and web work will go for each of your 4th quarter DH’s.
