  • Congrats to Asa, Jackie, Alex, and Schuyler for winning the Background Competition! They earn the extra credit and cred for their Portfolios.
  • That’s pretty big. Fitting the name is Brutus.
  • Sometimes you don’t notice how it all connects until you speed it up.
  • FreeSound.org – make an account, we will need it.
  • In the spirit of inclusion, every background that was submitted in our Background Competition is acceptable to use – just download the high res version!

11:35 Premiere Step by Step: September Portfolio

In this project we are going to create a “September Portfolio” of your best 3 projects created so far. You decide what your best projects are.

Rough Workflow:

  • Select 3 projects
    • At least 2 Blender based projects (6 renders)
    • Total of 7 images at a minimum
  • Import Assets into Blender
  • Setup in Bins
  • Build movie in timeline
  • Use transitions
    • Transitions between images up to you (get it out of your system)
    • Fade up from black to start, and fade to black to end
  • Drop in background audio supplied
  • Drop in sound effect supplied and repeat 3 times

Export as “(lastName)SeptemberPortfolio.mp4”.
