Today is an EHS B Day
Two more days to Vacation
One more day to Game Day
Sweatshirts – are being printed this week. Hopefully we will have them Wednesday! Thanks Isaac our 2021-2022 design.
Late Work – All grading is up to date, if you want to know whether you are complete or not, check PS. However, I will come around today and check-in with each one of you.
Wednesday Schedule (Just so you are in the know)
- 9:45 – 10:15 Presentation of your Bootstrap single page project (Reverse Alphabetical Order)
- 10:15 – 12:15 Game Day if you are 100% complete with all Q2 Work, if not, I will be accepting work all morning and grading as it comes in. Once you hit 100% complete, you can begin relaxing, gaming, drawing, creating, whatevers
- 12:15 – 12:45 Lunch
- 12:45 – 1:10 Game, relax
- 1:10 Clean up and Power Down
- 1:15 – End of the Day – Skating. You will be dismissed from the skating rink. Bring everything you need to the rink.
- You can bring your own skates or there will be skates for you. If you don’t want to skate you can hang in the bleachers and watch others

9:45 Production Morning + Adding a Back to Top Button!

This time is dedicated to your Bootstrap project. Go back to Thursday, December 16th dayplan for details and/or go to Google Classroom. Ask me questions. Do this but do not do this.

Before I set you off to work on your project, I am going to help you design a back to top button for your Bootstrap page. This is a nice little feature for those especially long one page websites. Let’s open the CodePen that had the navigation schemes on it and we will build one in our sandbox.

To make this button, we’ll build a footer to place the copyright information and the Back to Top button from the Bootstrap Icons.* We’ll use the positioning classes in bootstrap. Remember to position something we need position:relative on the parent and absolute on the button icon. With Bootstrap the Utility position classes make this pretty easy.

*Don’t forget, to use the Bootstrap Icons we need to add the CDN for Icons in the <head> element.
