Friday! Remember when we walk in the door on Monday we need our 3 projects complete. We will be getting 15 minutes to upload our work. If you have to scan, do it right when you walk in the door at 9:20, as “I didn’t get a chance to scan.” isn’t an excuse. Start scanning your DH’s today. Waiting until the last minute will not be a valid excuse to why you don’t hit our CAWD deadlines.
Everyone get outside / off computers / off cell phones this weekend. Real life is happening…take part. (The resolution and fps of the new “Real Life DLC” is also S-tier. It’s free; download today.)

10:15 Student Council / CTE Leardership

The CTE Student Council / CTE Leadership team will work with faculty to create experiences for the betterment of the student body. These include:

Fall all school assembly
Spring / Winter speaker assembly
Sprit week Student appreciation days in the spring
etc.

We have a number of students that have expressed interest, which is great.

Here is the catch – you have to be willing to talk and converse with other humans. Some of us can do that now without issue, some (like me) need more practice at it.

Here is the first gate to be considered – come see me TODAY to get your name on the list. If your name is on the list, you are going to give a quick 1-2 minute presentation next Tuesday, followed by elections, with the first meeting being Wednesday 9/21 at 11:45.

This first step in the process is meant to be a mini-filter. If you are serious enough to come to me and get on the list to give a 1-2 minute speech, I think you can do it. If the thought of it is already making you feel nauseous, and you are vomiting internally… maybe we pass this year.

I think everyone can do it. Often the loudest in the room have the least to say, if you know what I mean. Introverts are going to take over the world in time – be their leader. The time is now – if this is you, start pushing yourself.

Step out of your comfort zone! This is what school is for!
