Tuesday!
This AM I want to touch base with you with the number of missing assignments you have. You have about 75 hours to get stuff in.
Shelburne 8th graders will be touring CTE. Assume we may put you on the spot to talk about your work at any point from lunch to the end of the day.

Missing work can be turned in today – you have until Friday at 2pm to get any CAWD work from the year turned in, or they are zeros forever.
2 Weeks left! A 5 day week, and a 4 day week and CAWD is over!

    - Finish something big that you have started, or work on something that you never got a chance to (Chat GPT powered project, driving game in Unreal, Geometry Nodes in Blender, Location based web project, etc)

  - Friday
    - Presentations of Final CAWD Agency at 9:40AM
    - Presentations of 1984 project at 11:40AM
    - Final Day to get any missing work turned in
    - 2pm – Final CAWD Grades / College Grades must be sent to your sending schools – this is a hard deadline. Zero’s in your gradebook after 2pm on this date are zero’s literally forever.
- Week 38 (Last week of school)
  - Monday
    - CAWD goes to Essex Cinemas to see Spider-Man
    - We are leaving right at 9:40, you can’t be late this day!
    - We pay for tickets, you pay for concessions
    - Back by 1ish? We will do a Study Guide when we return.
  - Tuesday
    - CAWD certification exam
    - We are taking it right at 10:30, you can’t be late this day! We will have an early morning cram session, and then take the exam.
    - Remember that it isn’t graded, it’s an opportunity that we give to you, and pay for. All we ask is you try your best. I think everyone in this room is going to be happy with the results.
  - Wednesday
    - Game Day / Get files off machines
    - If it doesn’t rain, I will be at one of my children school ceremonies. It if rains, I will be here.
  - Thursday
    - Make up Certification Exams at 10:00. If you miss taking the exam with the class Tuesday (don’t miss it), and you miss the make up Thursday (don’t miss it), you have to come in Friday June 16th at 8AM to take it. This is after our school year has ended, but you missed the first two times to take it in class. Just be here for the Tuesday exam – it’s the easiest solution.
