Today you can turn in any missing work with only 1 letter grade off! Each day that goes by its an additional letter grade off.
- Put work on public just as you would to turn the work in on time.
- Tell Mr. Cronin so I know to look for it.
- Some of us have missing grades which are bringing down your partners grade. Let’s get that missing work turned in today.

11:10 Sound Design

This week you are going to work as a Sound Designer.

You are going to pick from 1 of 2 supplied trailers. These trailers have been picked as students have enjoyed them, and they give many different opportunities to demonstrate your budding Sound Design Skills. We will watch them together first. While we watch think about what you could use where to create a realistic Sound Design for the game.

Acquire sounds needed from sites like FreeSound.org – there are many more, use whatever you wish.

While you can create your own sounds (online music and sound creation software) I recommend using existing sounds and polishing them to work with the visuals on the screen for this project – hit the deadline. Can you find walnuts cracking for a bone snap? Can you find an eating banana sound for something … gross?

When complete export your final trailer as (lastName)SoundDesign.mp4

Once we get into Sound Design production, all students should log into their gradebook and turn in missing work! If you don’t know how to log into your gradebook let’s get you down to IT to learn how to access it. You will need to be checking your gradebook weekly.
