Today is a CTE Red Day

PSAT Bus and CVU on October 19th, what you need to know if you are CVU Student

Sweatshirts – I’d like to order the sweatshirts the first week of November, so I am setting a date for digital designs for Monday, October 30th. We’ll do a final vote on that day at the start of class. That means you have two weeks to complete your sweatshirt design. This is a required project.

Less than two weeks left in the quarter. All grading is up to date.

Current CAWD2 (Work) Projects:

  • Group Project – Horror Title – first round looks this week
  • Transferrable Skills Project: Resume Second Draft – no due date, turn in for review
  • Design Project – CAWD Sweatshirt (due in two weeks)

The Deliverables: (You know you are done when….)

  1. Title (your movie title is: Menace in the Mountains or The House on the Hill)
  2. Duration: 15 – 25 seconds
  3. Created in After Effects (you may also edit together in Premiere but not really necessary)
  4. Five Visual Effects (minimum)
  5. Two Text Effects (minimum)
  6. Sound / Sound FX (copyright free only)
  7. Scary, Creepy, Campy – convincing
  8. Trello board for team
  9. Digital Logo for your group in the opening sequence Example
  10. Defined Participant Roles (who is doing what) listed in Trello Board
  11. Rendered as .mp4
  12. Filename: HorrorMovie.mp4
