Recognition Night! You made it!!!

  • Thursday – Recognition Night Rehearsal, Recognition Night – LAST DAY OF CAWD! Everyone get off of work / other stuff so we can end the year with a nice night, get some photos, get some scholarships (I know people in the room that will win $), etc.
    • The schedule –We have some volunteers for each Minute to Win it game! Yes, you can do multiple games.
      • Mia – Cup Grab
      • Isaac Field Games – Crab Walk
    • Face the Cookie: Seated contestants have 5 minutes to get as many cookies off their foreheads and into their mouths as possible.
    • ● 1 volunteer per program
    • Fruit By the Foot Mow Down: Contestants will race to see who can eat a Fruit By the Foot the fastest.
    • ● 1 volunteer per program
    • Elephant Head: With a pantyhose over your head and a tennis ball at the end. Race to knock over the water bottles first!
    • ● 1 volunteer per team
    • Traditional Field Games! 3-Legged Race, Potato Sack Race, Egg on a Spoon Race, Crab Walk Race: Let the games begin!
    • ● 2-4 volunteers per team

10:05 Attendance

Bright Lights and Big Clean – that is where we are going to Start today. Then you can hang out!

All work will be tossed – so make sure you have everything you need before you leave – G-drive wipe will take place from IT as soon as next week.

12:20 Recognition Night Rehearsal and Head out – Minute to Win It

12:20  Escort your students to the lawn area adjacent to the stadium to get some ice cream

12:35- 1:35- Minute to Win It Games (location is the football stadium) / Auditorium if the weather is rainy

1:35-1:45 – Escort your students to the ice rink and help them get seated. 

  • Specific backdrops and program-specific props will be available on tables for students to take photos as they enter the rink. 
  • Designated staff will be available to take the group photos for the students.

1:45-2:45 Students seated.  Bob Travers will lead the students through the Recognition Ceremony rehearsal in the ice rink

2:45 Dismissal from the Rink and Summer Begins!
