Class Hours: 10:05 – 2:40
Mr. Cronin
Notes
- Have a great weekend!
- Drone bay on top of truck so you can see traffic ahead.
- Remember that you end up in English after lunch!
- Look at how creative you can be with camera angles to make things “look good”. Let’s see this in your Luxo inspired animations!
10:05 Attendance and Article
10:10 Pass Fail

On the Public drive is a file called obstacleCourse.blend in the passFail folder. Copy to your Week 10 folder.
Open and Append in your Lamp (or make a new basic one if you want, both good learning). If making a new lamp make it SUPER basic. We want this done by break…
Start your lamp on the left, and get to the finish line. We want to see:
- GIANT Superhero jump to start
- 3 Small Stair Step hops
- Ride the rail (think skateboard or snowboard) down to the finish.
I have 3 built cameras for you to use:
- Start angle (Camera 1)
- End angle (Camera 2)
- Rotating Camera
Use at least 2 camera angles (and feel free to move them around and do whatever you want for interesting angles).
No sound design, no Premiere required, though those Cinematic bars when rail sliding would look pretty cool…
Save your file as lastName.mp4 and upload to the passFail folder. We will watch your work on the big screen for credit.
Get this done by break!
Once complete get into Luxo production!

Every day in GAWD will end with “19 Minutes” of silent reading. Closing down our day with silent reading provides many benefits:
- Improve Literacy Skills / Reading Stamina
- Create space for a small reading meditation where we can disconnect from the world and get lost in a story
- Unplug
At the end I will 3 students and ask for a 1 sentence explanation of what happened.
2:40 Dismissal
