10:10 Game Environment Jam

This morning GAWD and GAWD2 students are going to work collaboratively on a Game Jam style project, creating a holiday game environment. What will this look like?

Bourdeau and McGrath are going to be building the scene on the lead computer so we can see how things are put together and evolve over the morning. One will be building at the time, while the other will be organizing people and collecting assets.

If you are not Bourdeau or McGrath, you are going to be a worker bee at your station where you are making assets for the Game Environment. You will build, export, place on the public for the level designers to get the assets and put the world together.

The worker bees need to listen to Bourdeau and McGrath as they will be creating item lists for everyone – we don’t want 15 different fireplaces, as an example.

At the end we are going to take an OBS screen recording (trim the front and end) and stick up on the hallway TV and Insta to show off what we created.
