Wednesday, December 21st

Wednesday, December 21st

Class Hours: 9:40 – 2:05
Mr. Cronin

Notes

  • Happy start of winter, Winter Solstice, and the shortest day of the year! Each day gives us more daylight after today as we move toward summer.
  • Today is a “White” day at CTE, no academics. Callbacks:
    • Xavier to Science at 12:45
    • Palagonia to Science at 12:45

9:40 Attendance and Article

9:45 Illustrator

  • Clipping masks (Thanks to Finn / Jerry / Josh / John)
  • Convert Anchor Point tool (toggle between curve / corner)
  • Gradients
  • Image Trace (benefits and negatives)
  • If you want to use imagery that is image traced in your Pin Designs you may but you have to have the commercial rights to it. Use a site like UnSplash which gives you these rights. You just can’t “take from the internet”.
