SLC is meeting during lunch at M117 today.
MMAG is meeting tomorrow in the Maker Space from 11:35-12:35.
Bubba and Amanda you have a meeting at 1:30 in the auditorium. Please leave at 1:25. You will be dismissed from the auditorium, so please take your belongings with you and shut everything down.
Today due to my daughters school having an uber early release I am leaving at lunch time. You will have Mrs. Fischer, I envision no problems, just remember that you need to get your dailies in by the timestamp at 1:20 today!
Remember that Thursday and Friday AM’s will be our dedicated Skills / Design Competition time. Work on your Web project, agencies, design homework’s, around this time.

Go over anything you are pretty confused about so I can review

Review of using templates to create a multi page site.
Review of required semantic web elements going forward:
- <header>
- <nav>
- <footer>

11:20 First Multipage Site

This week you are going to be creating a 5 page site – topic up to you.

Technical Requirements

5 page website (5 separate, linked html files)
external styles (CSS) only
all external assets saved in images and css folders.

Content Requirements

create a folder called lastNameMultiPage
5 pages with a consistent structure page by page
- logical filenames with page to autoload initially as index.html
- each page have the same structure and include:
  - theme branding at top as h1 in <header> element
  - nav links in <nav> element
  - subheading for page specific info (you choose the h2, h3, h4)
  - image (same size every page, at least the width)
  - at least 2-3 paragraphs, lorem ipsum or real content
  - content into to reach you in <footer> element
  - Only make your templates AFTER everything has been laid out in the HTML
Sans Serif font for all text (general sans serif or specific font)

Could you do this project for another class? Do this for Chemistry, Drivers Ed, etc, and if you use GAWD work for other classes you get extra credit with me!

Every day in GAWD will end with “19 Minutes” of silent reading. Closing down our day with silent reading provides many benefits:

Improve Literacy Skills / Reading Stamina
Create space for a small reading meditation where we can disconnect from the world and get lost in a story
Unplug

At the end I will 3 students and ask for a 1 sentence explanation of what happened.
