10:25 Let’s Make Some Toast || A Lesson in System Thinking & Design Thinking

David Wuject – TedTalk & David Kelley – IDEO

System Thinking: Communicating systems with links and nodes to understand how individual parts of a system interact with one another within the whole. Rather than analyzing parts in isolation, it looks at the big picture, emphasizing relationships, dynamic feedback loops, and how collective behavior emerges.

Design Thinking: A repetitive process of prototyping, testing and refining a product or process based on the user’s needs. Empathy for the user is important!
